Ann Mae (O'Day) Tauro, age 92, of Lynn, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at her residence.  She was the wife of the late Patrick Tauro.  Born in Nova Scotia, Canada, she was the daughter of the late John Andrew and Madeline O'Day.  At age 28, she moved to the Brighton area and had worked as a Stewart at St. John's Seminary.  Ann resided in Lynn since 2008.  She had also worked in Stop & Shop and loved BINGO.  Ann is survived by her daughter Tonya Ann Tauro, her sister Elizabeth Sheppardson, her brother John James O'Day, nieces Lynn Ferrera, Melissa Fedele, Lisa Carafiello, Dawn O'Day-Cox and Suzanne Ostovarpour, nephews John O'Day Jr. and Paul Griffin, and family members in Canada.  She was the sister of the late Margaret Sheppard, Ernestine McPherson, Matilda Payette Decker, Cecelia Madeline Wadding, Peter Vincent O'Day and Dennis O'Day.  Visitation will be held in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington Street, Lynn, on Saturday, June 18, 2022, 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
