Anna "Litsa" (Xerikos) Orfanos, 72, of Lynn, MA, passed on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in Salem, MA, after a lengthy illness.

Litsa was born in Zevgolatio, Messinia, Greece, on April 12, 1953. Upon emigrating to The United States, Litsa settled in Lynn, MA, and has resided here for the past 47 years until her time of passing. Litsa was a skilled seamstress, and was a faithful member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Lynn, MA.

Litsa is survived by her husband George Orfanos of Lynn. Her son Peter Orfanos of Hanson, her son Paul Orfanos his wife Vanessa of Beverly, and her daughter Maria and husband Joe Chipman of Lynn.  Her grandchildren George and Deborah Orfanos and Louis and Alexander Chipman.  Her brother Dimitrios Xerikos of Maine, her sister Dina Lola of Greece and many nieces and nephews. She is Predeceased by her parents Pavlos and Hariklia Xerikos, sister Nikoleta Xerikos, brother-in-law Haralambos Lola and beloved nephew Yiannis Lola all of Greece.

Litsa loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed drawing, baking and sewing. Fishing was one of her favorite pastimes

A period of Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 9:30am-11am, at Saint George Greek Orthodox Church, 54 S. Common Street, Lynn, MA. A Funeral Service will begin following the visitation beginning at 11am; followed by a procession to Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn, MA, for Committal Services.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Boston Children's Hospital.
