Cassandra P. Little, age 32, of Lynn, passed away on August 14, 2016. Cassandra had a long battle with addiction and truly had hopes of recovery. Cassandra was born August 7, 1984 in Kingston, NY. She grew up in Salem, and was a graduate of Salem High School. While fighting her addiction, in her heart she was devoted to her family and longed to be with them, but suffered from the isolation and stigma of her illness. We wished she realized the beauty and love that everyone saw in her. Cassandra loved family, friends, animals, nature, creating collages, a good book and a well told joke. Cassandra is survived by her daughter Abigail Little, her sister Jillian O'Brien, niece Jazlyn, nephew Keith, all residing together, grandparents Dorothy Little, Patricia and William Attridge of Salem, several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Predeceased by her parents Judith O'Brien and Philip Little, and grandfathers John O'Brien and Philip Little.
Everyone is invited to attend a graveside memorial on August 26, 11:00 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn, followed by a private gathering for family only. In memory of Cassandra please reach out to someone you know who is fighting this fight.
