David H. Rollins, age 74, a lifelong resident of Lynn passed away November 14, 2015, following a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Carol (Salerno) Rollins with whom he had shared 55 years of marriage.
Born, raised and educated in Lynn, he was the son of the late Charles and Helena (Packer) Rollins.
Before retirement, David was employed as a maintenance mechanic at assisted living residences. His hobbies included fishing, playing video games, listening to music and watching movies.
He was the father of Linda Evju & her husband Mark of Quincy, Charles Rollins of Salem and John Rollins of Manila, Philippines and brother of Fred Rollins of Lynn. He is also survived by three grandsons, four granddaughters and a great granddaughter. Private service for family members will be held at the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
