Duncan Leo Griffith born May 30,1952 to Beresford and Ernetta Griffith in Christ Church Barbados. Duncan who was affectionately known as Leo matriculated from St. Leonard's Secondary School in Bridgetown, Barbados. He worked in his early years at the Hilton Hotel in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Upon arriving in the U.S.A, Leo started to work at the formerly known Brigham and Women's Hospital in the O.R Management Anesthesia department for 40 years until his retirement in 2018. Leo met and married the love of his life and best friend, Veronica, in 1980 with whom they raised a family.

Leo was a lover of his favorite sport, cricket, and spent many summers playing in Boston and Lynn. He loved fishing, music, dancing, karaoke, and a good laugh with his family and friends. Leo enjoyed cooking and loved seeing everyone enjoying his meals.

On Tuesday October 18th, Leo made his transition from mortal to immortality.

Duncan was predeceased by his father Beresford, his mother Ernetta, his son Derrick Griffith and his eldest brother, Geoffrey Griffith. Duncan leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Veronica of 42 years. Children Michelle Agard, Cathy Agard, Donna Agard, Antonio Agard, Roger, Tyrel Jordan, Sophia Jordan and Corey Jordan. Twenty-five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Brothers Vere Marvel, Dennis and Anthony Griffith, and sisters Isolene and Carmen Griffith. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Leo, you might have left us physically but spiritually, mentally and emotionally you will forever be in our hearts. You rose on May 30 and took your flight on October 18th, so fly on my love, fly high my brother, and fly forever my friend.

We love you most but God loved you best.
