Elizabeth "Betty" C. (Powers) Brownhill, age 86, of Lynn, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018.  She was the wife of the late John Brownhill.  Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah Powers.  Betty was a homemaker and enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren.  She is survived by her six children, Daniel and his wife Laura Brownhill of Florida, James Brownhill of Salem, Eileen and her husband Kevin Coman of Peabody, Sarah Iwanicki of Danvers, Donna and her husband John Pari of Lynn and Joan Brownhill of Lynn, brothers Bob and David Powers, 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Joe, James and Dick Powers.  Her funeral service will be held on Friday, 11:00 a.m. in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Visitation is Thursday, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
