Gail MacLean, of Wenham, passed away at the young age of 79, while surrounded by her family.
Gail embraced life to the fullest and never let anything stop her from achieving her dreams. She loved spending the day at the beach, floating on the lake with friends, and was an adventurous world traveler. She was a smart, creative businesswoman who was never without the next big idea. Gail was the queen of the side-hustle; the entrepreneurial spirit was in her DNA. Gail was happiest with her "hands in the dirt" and enjoyed sharing the many flowers and vegetables that she grew.
Gail loved her family, friends, community, and the New England Patriots. She was a friend of Bill W. for 49 grateful years and had a strong belief in service to others. Gail's generous heart, helping hand, can do attitude, and positive outlook on life will be greatly missed by her children, granddaughters, nieces and the many friends that she considered family.
Please join us as we celebrate Gail's life from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019, at the Second Congregational Church, 35 Conant Street, Beverly, MA.
Should friends desire, donations may be made in Gail's name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, MA via www.caredimensions.org
