Georgia M. Douglas, age 76, of Beverly, formerly of Lynn, passed away Saturday, September 24, 2022 following a lengthy illness.  She was the wife of the late Herbert "Herbie" Douglas and the longtime companion of William Belair.  Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late George and Bertha Hultgren.  Georgia was a licensed practical nurse for 26 years with Care One @ Essex Park.  She enjoyed time with her family and cooking family meals especially at Christmas.  Puzzle books, camping, old movies, music and traveling for venues and concerts.  She is survived by her children Ann Evans and Neil, Kimberly Douglas, Herbert "Skippy" Douglass and Rayleen, Irene Olson and David, Laura Hurley and Ron, siblings Frank Welch and Roberta, Rayleen and Herbert "Skippy" Douglass, 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, her good friend Dolores "French Fry" Boyd.  She was the sister of the late George, Robert E. "Sarge", William, Maryanne, Helen, Ernie, Dorothea, Janet, Alvin, Richie and Gertrude and aunt of the late Marisa Douglass and Dawn Crowley.  A funeral service will be held in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington Street, Lynn, on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.  Visitation is Tuesday, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
