Jarilyn Acevedo, 42, of Lynn, MA, passed on Monday, February 9, 2026, in Framingham, MA.

Jarilyn was born in Boston, MA, on January 10, 1984, to her late parents Candido Acevedo and Ramonita (Pagan) Acevedo. She was raised in Puerto Rico, but moved to Lynn, MA, with her family, where she lived until the time of her passing. She was raised within the Pentecostal Christian community.

Jarilyn is survived by her three children, Natasha Morales, Jayden Acevedo, and Jiomanni Bou; her siblings Emilys Acevedo, Melissa Acevedo, Marielys Acevedo, Joel Acevedo, Jennifer Acevedo, Lizbeth Acevedo, and Erika Acevedo; as well as many other relatives and friends.

Jarilyn absolutely loved shopping, and could always be found sporting great fashion, with great accessories to match. More important than anything, Jarilyn was truly family-centric, and she found the most enjoyment spending time with family and friends.

Jarilyn had a big and bright personality, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Calling Hours for Jarilyn will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 10am-12pm, at Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington Street in Lynn, MA. A Funeral Service will begin immediately following Calling Hours at Goodrich Funeral Home; followed by a procession to Pine Grove Cemetery, 145 Boston Street in Lynn, MA, for Committal Services.
