Jere McClory, age 62, of Lynn, passed away surrounded by family on August 26th, 2023 after a long battle with cancer.  Born in Lynn,  she was the daughter of the late Gerald McCourt and Helen (Maciejewski) McCourt. She was raised in Lynn where she attended Lynn Public Schools. Prior to her diagnosis, she spent many years working in the food service industry.

She enjoyed watching wrestling with her son and catching up on the latest soap opera drama with her sister, Lorrie. Jere cherished spending time with her family.  She always looked forward to cookouts, family gatherings and holiday dinners.

Jere is survived by her four children,  whom she shared with the late Richard McClory and his surviving partner Christine Sullivan; Kevin R. McClory, Erin M. McClory, Candice M. McClory and Corrine M. McClory all of Lynn.  Her pride and joy grandchildren, whom she fought every day for ; Kaiser and Chase Bodden, Brandon McClory, Caleb McClory and Scarlet Johnson.  Her two sisters; Lorrie Dow, of Lynn, Darlene O'Connell and her husband Edward O'Connell of Marshfield ; her nieces and nephew; Rebecca Dow, Harmony Dow, both of Lynn, Raymond Dow, of Middleton,  Lindsey O'Connell , of Marshfield and the late Amanda O'Connell; as well Aunts, Uncles, great-nieces, great-nephew and cousins.  Jere is at peace with her parents opening arms.
