Joanne Marie (Coogan) Magnuson, age 62, of Lynn, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025, following a brief illness.  She was the wife of Gene Magnuson, with whom she shared 39 years of marriage.  Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of Thomas Peter Sr. and Mary Jean Coogan of Lynn and the late Joanne Marie Coogan.  Joanne was a devoted wife and a caring, supporting, loving mother.  She enjoyed arts and crafts and was an animal lover.  In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her children, Joshua Eric Magnuson and Jenell Jean Magnuson, her grandchild Gia Jade Magnuson, siblings Thomas Coogan Jr., Christine Coogan, Peter Coogan and Angela Jones, many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.  She was the sister of the late Debbie Knorr.  Private burial will be held at a later date.
