John L. Close, "JLC", age 71, of Lynn, passed away Saturday November 16, 2019.  Born in Bangor, Maine and a longtime resident of Lynn, he was the son of the late Clarence and Muriel (Hart) Close.  He attended St. Stephen's Church.  John was known to be a jokester .   He is survived by many children, 5 siblings, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends.    Friends and family are invited to join in his memory at the Caggiano Building on the Commons on Thursday, November 21, 2019, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
