John N. Pappas age 89 died Monday, January 15th. He was the son of the late Ada and Nicholas Pappas of Lynn and brother of the late Bessie Pappas and Barbara Cefalo. He is survived by his two daughters, Cheryl Pappas of Lynn, and Sharon Mackenrodt of Peabody and his beloved sister, Katherine Soucy of Lynn. Two Grandchildren, Jennifer Pappas and Robert Mackenrodt of Peabody. He also leaves one niece and four nephews. A lifelong resident and well known in the city of Lynn, John was a graduate of Lynn English High School. He was employed by the Lanes Drug Store Corporation and Nandees Manor in Lynn for many years. He also enjoyed spending time with friends, especially Saturday nights at the Continental Restaurant. Burial services will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery.
