John Jay Shoup, age 49, of Lynn, died unexpectedly at home on Saturday, February 4, 2017. John is survived by his wife Laurie, four children, Jason, Ashlie, Michael and Christina, three grandchildren Kiera, Logan and Giuliana. John also leaves his mother Dolores Shoup, his three sisters; Maddy, Amy and Cheryl, two brothers; Robert and Dan, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father John Shoup and his brother John Joseph Shoup. John had a big heart, great laugh and a positive attitude no matter what life threw at him. He was full of jokes and smiles. He was loved by all and will be missed by many.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 13, 6-8p.m.,
in the GOODRICH FUNERAL HOME, 128 Washington Street, Lynn.
