Jorge Luis Vargas Jr. born to Haydee Ortiz and Jorge Luis Vargas Sr. on December 9,1991. He was born in Boston MA and raised in Lynn MA.

Jorge had experience with working with his hands. He worked for Straight Ahead in Lynn who helped him gain experiences and helped create and build relationships. He also worked for Salem College Bookstore helping with shipping and receiving.

Jorge enjoyed spending time with his family and his 3 sons. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends just listening to music and telling jokes. He spent fun times playing pool table and dominoes.

Jorge Vargas was a very strong headed, big hearted, courageous, positive, humble and loyal person. He was always there for anyone who needed him, whether they were people he knew or didn't know. He had a heart of gold. He made any dying flower come back to life, he brought sunshine when people only saw rain and laughter when they only felt pain.

Jorge Vargas will be dearly missed by all his friends, family and those who had a chance to meet him from the community. Jorge is survived by his parents Haydee Ortiz Lynn Ma, Jorge Vargas Sr. Boston MA, his grandparents Isabelo Ortiz Sr. Chelsea MA, Marianella Rodriguez Lynn MA, his children Jorge Luis Vargas 3rd Ma, Antonio Vargas Lynn MA, Alex Luis Vargas Lynn Ma, his siblings Veronica Vargas Lynn Ma, Crystal Vargas Nashua Nh, Kiki Cromwell Lynn Ma, his uncles Isabelo "Polo" Ortiz Jr. Littleton Ma, Jose Laliberty Lynn Ma, his nieces and nephews Jenise Rucker Nashua Nh, A'aralyn Vargas Almeida Clark Lynn Ma, Jermaine Rucker Jr. Nashua NH,  Scarlett Williams Lynn MA, and his girlfriend Alexsandra Abreu of Lynn Ma.
