Mr. Vargas Tailor, also known as "CUTO", passed away January 29, 2019.  He was very well known in the City of Lynn to his clients and community as the best tailor in town for thirty-three years at 120 Central Avenue.  People enjoyed his company, sincerity and friendship and would stop by, even if they did not need a tailor that day.  He believed himself to be the best at "Tablero" in the City of Lynn.  He was a beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, Uncle, Cousin, friend and councilor.  Relatives and friends invited to gather in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn, on Monday at 10:00 a.m.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.  Visitation is Sunday, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
