Karen went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 5, 2022, after a brief illness.

Karen was the daughter of the late Patrick J. and Ellen M. (Flynn) Healy.

Born on October 4, 1945 in Lynn, she graduated from Sacred Heart Grammar School, and St. Mary's Girls High School with the class of 1963. While residing in Lenox, MA, she attended Stevens School of The Bible.

As a young girl growing up in West Lynn, Karen enjoyed playing softball and volleyball with her friends at Barry Park.

Karen was very proud of her Irish heritage, and enjoyed making her Irish soda bread for her family.

Some of her fondest memories were of her trips to Israel and Hawaii.

Karen was a very Godly woman, and worshipped for many years at Greater Grace Church in Saugus, and was a sweet, kind, and loving woman.

Karen is survived by her beloved siblings: William B. Healy and his wife Sharon, Patricia E. Dunn and her husband David, and James P. Healy and his wife Sara; As well as her nephews and nieces Brian, Mark, Valerie, Carolyn, Rachel, Peter, Jacquelyn, and Cheri.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday December 13, 2022 at 11am at St. Mary Cemetery in Lynn, and a memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
