Obituary

Kevin Domegan, 62, of Lynn MA, passed away, peacefully, on August 9, 2026, at home surrounded by loved ones.

Born, June 13, 1964, in Boston MA, he was the son of the late Phyllis Bushey and Arthur Domegan Sr. He grew up a majority of his life in East Boston, then moved with family to Everett for over 10 years, then made his final move to Lynn Ma where he bought his first home and lived out his life at his home residence with family.

He attended East Boston High school, and from there he got his first job at McDonald's in Boston where he worked his way to manager. From here he moved on to start a new career at Sky Chefs as a shipper/receiver supervisor clerk where he worked for 35 years, and during that time, he made some wonderful lifelong friends. Kevin loved his work and dedicated a big passion of his life to work, he never called out, he worked every day and never took vacations he had a plan and routine and that's what worked for him. Kevin had to retire in 2023 due to his illness but he never stopped thinking of work.

Outside of work, Kevin had a tremendous zest for life. He deeply loved his family and friends; family always came first to Kevin. His nieces and nephews were his top priority. Then, the family extended to great nieces and nephews, and Kevin could not have loved it more. Every birthday party weather it was at home or chucky cheese Uncle Kevin was there, he would receive an invitation for a party in 3 months call his sister to ask if she was going and if he can go with her and plan was made, that's how Kevin was. No matter how old the kids were it never stopped him for caring and doing anything for them and with them. Kevin loved going out to eat every single day with his brothers and friends, going to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner or even a simple ice cream would make his day. He loved going to McDonald's with Julia, Sophia and baby Gary and not just to get a sandwich but to sit for 3 hours at a time he enjoyed people watching for hours.

He loved going to the gym every day, music was a big part of Kevins life, he loved listening to his music and "rocking" on his chair to it all day, listening to music in his car. Karaoke with April and Sabrina was must. Going down to the beach to sit for hours having ice cream or enjoying Kelly's with his brother Darren. His favorite artist was Whitney Houston and oddly enough he passed on her birthday along with Enrique Iglesias was Kevins favorite male artist of all time. Kevin was up to any kind of fun life had coming his way from ice cream stops to Canobie lake, dressing up for Halloween, apple picking, going to Maine for weekend trips, Karaoke nights, game nights you name it. Kevin's smile made every event that much better.

Kevin is survived by his loving siblings:
