Lawrence E. Linnell Sr. "Lorenzo", of Lynn, formerly of Revere, passed away October 7, 2015, at the age of 79, following a lengthy decline. He was the husband of Dolly (Harrington) Linnell, with whom he had shared 37 years of marriage.
Mr. Linnell was born and raised in Billerica, MA. He served in the US Marines and was a proud veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Lynn American Legion.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Susan M. Bujold of Canton, CT and Julie Lucier of Amesbury; a son, Lawrence E. Linnell Jr. of Lowell; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral information: Visitation was Thursday, 6-8 P.M. followed by a service at 8 P.M. Burial took place Friday at 9:45 A.M. at the National Veterans Cemetery in Bourne, MA. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation.
