Peabody - Louis Boveri, 81 years of Peabody formerly of Lynn, passed away on Sunday January 26, 2025 surrounded by his family.  He was the husband of Rose Boveri. He was born in Lynn, the son of the late Louis and Flora (Gallucci) Boveri. He was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School.

Louie was employed at Stop and Shop for 40 years.  He enjoyed cooking for his family and passed his recipes and experience down to his grandchildren.  Louie enjoyed going to Saratoga for the horse racing with his friends. He also loved spending time at the Encore Casino and the Brooke with his wife. Sunday football with his family was another favorite pastime of Papa's.

He is survived by his wife Rose of 36 years, his three daughters, Kim Johnson, husband Lonny, Staci Kondichook, husband John, Lynne Johnson, husband Cody.   He is also survived by his six grandchildren, Alec, Nicholas, Krystina, Jenna, Brayden and Dylan. He is also survived by his brother and sisters: Elaine Dore , Carol Bergstrom, Gerald Boveri and his wife Diane, Joanne Williams and her husband Robert, and predeceased by Linda Prioli.  He also leaves several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the Goodrich Funeral Home in Lynn.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours are on Saturday February 8th from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Hospital for Children.
