It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Marie Carolle Pierre, who passed away on May 31st at the age of 72. She was a loving and devoted mother, aunt, sister, cousin and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Marie dedicated her life to her children , always putting their needs before her own. Her nurturing spirit created a home filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. She had a special way of making everyone feel seen and valued, offering a comforting presence and wise counsel to those who sought it. She was a source of inspiration and a true confidante, always ready with a listening ear and a helping hand.

Her life was a testament to the teachings of love and compassion, and she lived by the words of 1 Corinthians 13:4-7: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

Marie will be deeply missed by her children, Rupert Crossley and Zaïn Crossley, her grandchildren Victoria Crossley, Ricky Crossley, and Liana Crossley her siblings, Maryse Pierre, late Evelyn Pierre and Marylourdes Pierre, nieces, nephews and cousins, and countless friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Visitation will be held in Saint Mary Church, Common Street, Lynn, on Friday, June 20, 2025, 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.  Her Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Church and burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn.
