Michelle Sylvia, of Rockland, a longtime resident of Lynn, has passed away after a hard fought battle with illness.  She is survived by her daughter Heather Brackett and her partner, Joshua Christiansen, of Lynn, her son John Sylvia and his wife Andrea of Rockland, her grandchildren, Patricia Lockhart, Stephanie Coogan, John Sylvia, Justin Sylvia, and Jackson Sylvia, and was also a proud great-grandmother to Victoria Cabon, the late Maryetta Cabon, and Michael Holmes, Jr..  She was 6th in line of 9 siblings, Luke Brehm, Pat Higgins, Dennis Sylvia, Scott Sylvia, the late Maurice Sylvia, the late Nena Nash, Theresa Sylvia, Keith Sylvia, and Paula Woods.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.  Visiting hours will be held Monday July 8th from 5-8PM.
