Nancy Lee Henderson, homemaker , and life-long resident of Lynn, passed unexpectedly on July 22nd, at the age of 79.

Nancy is survived by her children; Darryl Henderson, Joel T Henderson and Bahia Lei Henderson all of Lynn; her grandson Jayvon Henderson of Lynn; her sister Sylvia Berry of Arizona; her nieces Juanita Berry, Jane Primus, Toriana Brown, Brianna Clements, Iesha Clements, Maresha Berry, her nephews Jordon Berry, Thomas Primus, Stu Primus, Rodney Berry, Brian Berry, Amari Clements, and numerous great nieces and great nephews and best friends for over 50 years Rhoda Pires of Maine, and Mary Adams.

Nancy was born on October 5 ^th , 1942 to Andrew and Velma Berry.  She graduated from Lynn Classical and worked 20 plus years for the U.S. Coast Guard.  Nancy loved gardening- she had many house plants and planted where she could around the yard and anyone who stopped by the house also went home with a plant.  She had a love for carpentry- building small tables and bookcases.   She had a passion for poetry and even befriended author Maya Angelou.

Viewing services will be scheduled for this Saturday the 30 ^th 12-4 pm at Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington Street, Lynn.  Flowers and condolences may be sent to Goodrich Funeral Home.  Masks are respectfully requested.
