Nancy L. Tower was born on May 22nd, 1960 in Lynn, Massachusetts to her late mother, Edna May (Brown) Turkette, and beloved and late birth father, Harold Tower. A caring mother and a wonderful friend, Nancy leaves behind her son Darias James Tower, and her daughter Jessica "Jess" Marie Tower. She also leaves behind her brothers James Turkette, Dougie Tower, nieces Melanie Cyr and Jackie Burgess, and uncles James Brown and Tommy Brown, as well as many other family members and friends. Nancy is predeceased by her brothers Novia "Goomba" Turkette III and Harold Tower, as well as her sister Michelle Burgess and father Novia Turkette II, all of whom she loved dearly.

Nancy enjoyed being around animals and had a special bond with cats. Once, she had a cat which was also named Nancy. She was said to have a sharp tongue at times, but despite that, she helped many people and often opened her heart to the homeless.

Nancy was fond of Dunkin Donuts and cigarettes, and though she had a saying that went something like "the devil is scared of me and that's why I'm still kicking," we know she is in Heaven looking down on us all, probably still smoking away and sipping on a large hot extra mocha regular cream (NO sugar).

There will be a wake and viewing for Nancy Tower on Saturday, December 2nd from 1pm-4pm at Goodrich Funeral Home at 128 Washington Street in Lynn, Massachusetts. She will be cremated a few days after the service. Flowers welcomed.
