Paul White, 63, of Lynn, died peacefully at his home on February 12, 2023. Born April 30, 1959, he was the son of the late Philip and Anna (O'Meara) White of Peabody, the sixth of their eight children.

A 1977 graduate of Peabody High School, Paul was a hard worker and was employed for many years in the waste collection services industry.

Paul was a generous friend to many, and was always happy to help friends and acquaintances by driving them virtually anywhere they needed or wanted to go. He was unfailingly kind and never had a bad word to say about anyone.

Paul is survived by his seven brothers and sisters: William White of Sugar Hill, NH; Ellen Burrell of Lynn; Kevin White and his wife Ellen of Salem; Anne White of Middleton; Clare Campbell of Peabody; Maria White of Rochester, NY; and Margaret White of Lynn; as well as his brother-in-law, Bruce Campbell of Salem.

In addition, he leaves his 10 nieces and nephews and their families: Julie Burrell, Brendan Burrell, Maureen Meaney, Aidan Lucia, Cowan White, Erin Fagone, Kathryn Smith, Elizabeth Roycroft, Katherine Campbell, and Anna Campbell. He also leaves his devoted friend of many years, Patricia Foster.

Paul's family recalls with fondness and affection his booming voice, his hearty laugh, his love of corny jokes, and his openness and honesty about his struggles in life. They loved Paul and will miss him always.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Goodrich Funeral Home in Lynn. A private burial will be held at a later date.
