Ralph Daggett, age 78, of Lynn, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester. Ralph was born in Rockport August 1939. He grew up in Lynn and was employed by General Electric for more than thirty years. He enjoyed spending his weekends on long road trips to various destinations throughout New England. He also loved spending time with family and friends, often times over a meal. Lunch on any given summer afternoon at the Clam Box in Ipswich, and he was content. Ralph is survived by his two sons, Ralph "Rusty" Daggett Jr. and his wife Katie currently living in Saudi Arabia, Eric Daggett and his wife Lauren of Reading, his daughter Betty Jo Olsen and her husband Eric of Fernandina Beach, Florida, seven grandchildren, his beloved sister Grace Meneades and her husband Chris, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Roland and Marjorie Daggett along with his sister Constance Daggett Pixley. A celebration of life service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
