Mr. Robert "Bobby" Nicolo, age 57, passed away surrounded by family on January 8, 2021. Born in Saugus, he was the son of the late Joseph and Gloria (Holt) Nicolo. He lived in Lynn all his life. He was a graduate of Lynn Vocational Tech, Class of 1982. He worked at Soloman Metal and the Lido Cafe. Bobby enjoyed life. He would sing kareoke at his past hangouts. He also enjoyed spending time with his sister Marion and his devoted niece Gina who helped him through the years, going shopping, BINGO and his favorites were Rockingham in Salem, New Hampshire, overnight trips to Foxwoods and going out to eat. He also loved hanging out at REM autobody and going for lunch with his friend Judy. Bobby was always active riding his bike and in the summer was going to Salisbury Beach for the bands and on Thursday nights, he loved RedRock and would dance all night. His favorite color was red and he loved feeding the birds, squirrels and cats in the back yard, where he also listened to his favorite, country music, (102.5) and Willie Nelson and Alan Jackson. Everywhere you went he knew everyone. He had supper every night with his sister Marion, brother in law Wayne and niece Gina. Bobby loved his natural ice beer and music. He was always tipping his hat to the ladies and his favorite saying was "I'm here for a good time, not a long time". He lived up to that saying. He loved life and partied hard. Unfortunately, his lungs from COPD couldn't keep up with him at the end. Bobby will be missed by everyone, including his little buddy the cat Bella and his squirrel friend Mr. Nutts as well as his friends at Union Taxi. Bobby is survived by his sisters Marion and husband Wayne Miniger of Lynn, Denise and her husband Donnie McGovern of Kansas, brothers Anthony of Lynn, Diego, Joseph Jr. of Kansas, David and his fiance Tiffany Coogan of Lynn.
