In Loving Memory of Saran Yang

1956 – 2025

Saran Yang, age 69, of Wakefield, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Saran was a devoted mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her children: her son and daughter-in-law Tommy San and Cathy Pon; her sons Matt San, Nara San, and Chanreasmey San; her daughter Nary San; and her daughter and son-in-law Sopheary Sean and Rotha Sean. She is also survived by the father of her children, Soeum San.

Saran leaves behind her beloved siblings: sisters Channavy Yang and Saroeurt Yang, and brother Sareoun Yang. She was a cherished grandmother to seven grandchildren: Savannah, Julia, Dante, Kenneth, Adrian, Elliot and Madeline. And also a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews, as well as a dear cousin to extended family members.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington Street, Lynn, MA.

A funeral service and ceremony will be held at the same location on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, beginning at 8:00 a.m., followed by cremation at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.

Saran's warmth, strength, and kindness will be forever remembered by those who knew and loved her.
