Shawn Patrick McDonough, age 41, of Lynn, passed away September 3, 2018.  Shawn was a graduate of Lynn Tech, and was a laborer in the fishing industry.  He was known for his dry sense of humor and one-liners.  He was a huge fan of all New England Sports Teams and was also a major History Buff.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking and biking.  Shawn leaves behind his daughter Angelina and her mother Naomi of Mechanic Falls, Maine, his father Martin, brother Marty, sisters Teri and Cara, all of Lynn, and his loving nieces and nephews, Brandon, Ryan, Tyler, McKenzie, Austin, Madisen, Jason, Andrew, Breanna, Lidia and Ryan Austin.  He was the son of the late Katherine McDonough.  His memorial service will be held in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn on Monday, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
