Steven C. "Nick" Nicketakis, age 68 of Nahant, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2021. He was the son of the late Angelo and Shirley (Broughton) Nicketakis.

Nick was born on February 2, 1953 in Lynn, where he enjoyed growing up in the Wyoma Square area. After graduating from Lynn English High School in 1972, Nick went on to work in construction for many years, and was also the Greens Keeper at Kelly Greens Golf Course in Nahant, where he met his wife, Denise. They would be happily married for almost 30 years. During this time, they enjoyed many nights of playing cribbage with friends, watching Nascar on Sundays, spending time with family, and trips to Maine and Rhode Island.

Nick also enjoyed his time as handel "Nick197" on his CB Radio.

Nick was preceded by his parents, Angelo and Shirley, and his son William Charles Nicketakis, and survived by his loving wife, Denise, step-daughter, Deidre and her husband Christopher McAleer, and his four grandsons Dylan, James, Nicholas, and Jonathan.

A celebration of Nick's life will be held at a later date.
