Susan Gallagher-Williams, age 71, of Lynn, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 10th, 2019.
Susan was born in Saugus on February 4th, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Walter T. and Marie (Nickerson) Putnam. Susan attended Lynn schools and graduated from Classical High School. Susan worked for many years at North Shore Medical Center, Spaulding Rehab, Greater Lynn Mental Health, and Greater Lynn Senior Services.
She is predeceased by her husband Bill Williams, and her son Bryan D. Swain. Susan is survived by her brother James Putnam and his wife Stephanie of Milford, Michigan, her daughter Candy M. Swain of Lynn, and her son Alexander E. Laro of Largo, Florida.  She also leaves ten grandchildren, Callie M. (Ward) Spitaleri and her husband Derek, Myrissa Swain of Greensboro, NC., Chloe and CJ Ward, Juliette, Emma, and Lydia Swain, Ariaunna Eveleth, Jailyn Laro, and Bryan Swain Jr., one great-granddaughter Aniyah McKeller, and many nieces and nephews.
Susan always had a smile for everyone, and forever saw the bright side of the road... she was loved by her family and will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be held in the Goodrich Funeral Home 128 Washington Street Lynn, on Thursday January 17th, from 6pm to 8pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
