Thomas H. Broughey, age 87, of Lynn, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021.  He was the husband of the late Sandra (Fulford) Broughey.  Born in Lynn and a lifelong resident, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy (Daly) Broughey and raised by the late Mae Laurena Gosbee.  Prior to his retirement, Thomas was a baker and employed by Bake N Joy for 30 years.  He was a longtime friend of Bill W., for 47 years.  He enjoyed walking the beach, casino gambling, Western Shows and mostly, his children and family.  He is survived by his children, Lynette and Joe Lopez, Tom and Maureen Broughey, Jamie and Colleen Broughey, Laurene Gilbert, all of Lynn, Lisa and Jeff Sakowich of Salem, Tim Broughey of Amesbury and Shannon Walsh of Danvers, 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, Joe Lopez - Saugus, Angella Lopez Michaud -Beverly, Katelyn Broughey - Lynn, TJ Broughey - Danvers, Terri-Lyn Tarver - Georgia, James Broughey- Arizona, Jason Broughey- Lynn, John Kossivas - Saugus, Nicc Kossivas - Winthrop, Dawn Bryson - Salem, Ryan Broughey - Newburyport, Marell Broughey - Hudson NH, Mia Walsh - Danvers, Kylie Walsh - Danvers, Great Grandchildren: Jared Lopez - Lynn, Kyle Lopez - Saugus, Autumn Lopez - Saugus, Adele Lopez - Saugus, Anna Michaud - Beverly, Drew Michaud - Beverly, Hector Broughey - Danvers, ALila Broughey - Danvers, Bryce Tarver - Georgia, Bex Tarver - Georgia, Brynleigh Tarver Georgia, Mikey Broughey - Arizona, Wesley Kossivas- Winthrop, Aiden Exum - Winthrop and Preston Broughey - Hudson NH.

Memorial visitation will be held in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn on Monday, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.  A service will be held during that time.  Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
