Born on December 8, 1964 in Miami, Florida to Melvin (deceased) and Mary Elizabeth White, Vaughn White, 50, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on February 20, 2015. Vaughn was a devoted father, son, brother, uncle and friend. Vaughn, affectionately known as "Hollywood", graduated from Lynn English High School. After graduating, Vaughn continued to pursue his passion for cooking while working in the kitchens of local hospitals and nursing homes. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Vaughn loved listening to music, watching his favorite sports teams and cooking. Vaughn leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Mary White; his grandmother, Ezra White; a daughter, Paige White; a brother, Jamaal White; two sisters, April White-Frager (Tim) and Ina Howard-Hogan (Chris); nieces and nephews: Gentry White-Frager, Tressa White-Frager, Precious Hogan, Paradise Hogan, Schuyler Hogan; a caring cousin, Mark Cheeks; he also leaves to mourn his best friend Bobby Boyd and his wife Karen Boyd and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Funeral services were held in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington St., Lynn.
