William "Bill" Appleton, age 72, of Lynn, passed away February 8, 2023 at his residence following a brief illness.  A lifelong resident of Lynn, he was a graduate of Lynn Tech.  Prior to his retirement, he was a truck driver for Angelica in Somerville.  He was an avid Rolling Stones fan and Celtics fan.  He lived life his way.  Among his survivors are his son Michael Appleton, daughters Sheila Appleton and Shayna Appleton and fiancé Rosanna Carinelli.  He had been married to the late Karen Lendell Appleton.  A memorial visitation will be held in the Goodrich Funeral Home, 128 Washington Street, Lynn on Wednesday, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
