William Patrick MacNeil Sr. passed away peacefully in his home on November 30, 2022 in Swampscott, MA. William was born in Texas on January 15, 1960.  He is survived by his children Kimberly DiBattista and her husband Joseph DiBattista of Methuen MA, William MacNeil and his fiance Lilian Lamy of Lynn MA, Kelsey Smith and her husband Kyle Smith of Dracut MA.     He is predeceased by his daughters Kristin MacNeil and Hailey Blowers.

He leaves his brothers Chris MacNeil, Richard MacNeil and his wife Mary MacNeil, David MacNeil and his wife Caroline MacNeil, John MacNeil and his wife Kerrie MacNeil and leaves his sisters Kathleen Noonan and her husband John Noonan, Christine MacNeil, Robin Lasco and her partner Michael Boodo, Jane MacNeil and her partner Thomas Cheffro,  and was predeceased by his sister Tammy MacNeil and by his mother and father: William MacNeil and Jean MacNeil.

He leaves behind his grandchildren, Jessica Santiago, Victoria Santiago, Tyler Santiago, Matthew DiBattista, Olivia DiBattista, and Christian MacNeil.
